Stay was very comfortable. I stayed here for 2 Nights with my family Staff was very helpful and took good care of us. All requests given while booking were also taken care like Non-Smoking room. Specially I was staying with my lil kid, so whatever specifics we asked for we were provided. Only area of improvement i can suggest to management was for 2 days i had almost the same buffet menu, if possible try to bring in varieties. I had Lunch from inhouse restaurant which was also fulfilling - 5* for the same. Interreacted with below staff whom i can recall by name. Rajat/Arjun and Jhanvi from front desk. Santa ji and Nainesh from guest relations.

Very well appointed room. A place for everything. Generous open storage for large air baggage enabling easy access. Toiletries including toothbrush with paste and bar soap. Separate dedicated space for kettle unlike other hotels where it is on the table or drawer. Ledges that you can use for your tiny possessions like watches, rings, etc. Slippers ✔️ Good sized bathroom with excellent shower; and bonus was a space in the wall for your own toiletries, which most hotels don’t have. Swimming pool is small but nice

The Central Park Hotel is always my hotel of choice when I visit Pune. A central, yet quiet location that is easily reachable from the railway station. The staff was very friendly and helpful across all levels during the whole stay - reception staff, porter, guard and restaurant. The breakfast provided a wide variety of choices and was delicious!

Rohan

Mr Nainesh is really customer service oriented, he made the restaurant suggestions very easy and as per European taste. The room is very clean and you get bath essentials The swimming pool is very nice and you get a rooftop view from there

I had a nice room, staff was very nice and prices of the restaurant and roomservice are very acceptable. It is also nice that the hotel is close to the railway station and a number of small restaurants (try Nandu, one street over).
